A little levity is a welcome change for our office and team members.
Our veterans’ needs come in all shapes and sizes and for some, the changes we bring to their lives make a huge difference. Whether it’s much-needed medicine we help them get with a drive to a doctor’s office, or urging them to seek medical attention when their cold symptoms become alarming, we often encounter severe needs. So when our Battle Buddy coordinator indulges with veterans, a staff member brings a puppy to the office, or a Paw Patrol pet is treated with some fancy steak, it is often seen as a much-needed break from the more trying encounters.
It’s a pleasure to present you with this month’s newsletter full of smiling faces! From award presentations to fundraisers on our behalf, we began our fall on a great note!
We look forward to all that is in store for us and our veterans this season!
